[arin-ppml] Draft Policy ARIN-2020-2: Reinstatement of Organizations Removed from Waitlist by Implementation of ARIN-2019-16

I am not sure if people are aware, but the proposal discuss in this list 
is not a vote or a democratic system where the majority of people can 
determine if something should advance or not.

Proposals are discussed by their merit and impact in the community. If 
there are valid objections opened and even if they were raised by a 
single person then there is still no consensus for that proposal to advance.

    I agree, this is Public.  I have an ASN, I was on the waitlist for
    11 months to get my address block (with no expectation that I was
    going to receive a block).  I would not have felt it was fair if I
    was dropped and had to reapply again.  I will continue to come back
    to it's how the policy is being applied.  It doesn't matter who is
    supporting this policy or why, as Martin says this is a Public
    list.  We are entitled to our reasons and to be able to support or
    not support these initiatives.  If support outweighs opposition,
    then it should move forward.
