I agree, this is Public.  I have an ASN, I was on the waitlist for 11 months to get my address block (with no expectation that I was going to receive a block).  I would not have felt it was fair if I was dropped and had to reapply again.  I will continue to come back to it's how the policy is being applied.  It doesn't matter who is supporting this policy or why, as Martin says this is a Public list.  We are entitled to our reasons and to be able to support or not support these initiatives.  If support outweighs opposition, then it should move forward.
