Yes
Given the hoops one already has to jump through to get IPv4 address
space, a limited IPv6 deployment is almost trivial, and does not add
much work on either side. It's not like there aren't already a number
of requirements, and this is a perfectly reasonable one given the state
of things today.
The requirement would aid in management justification if nothing else.
