Oh, and this range is another example..
'whois 51.79.49.175' (reports that it is not operated by RIPE), but
doesn't tell you where to go.. other than the IANA site.
inetnum: 51.79.0.0 - 51.79.255.255
netname: NON-RIPE-NCC-MANAGED-ADDRESS-BLOCK
descr: IPv4 address block not managed by the RIPE NCC
remarks: ------------------------------------------------------
(Actually, it is at `whois 51.79.49.175 -h whois.arin.net`)
Is it IANA that should maintain the 'hints' file?
