You would think that if this has been transferred to ARIN back in 2017, 
that the standard 'whois' commands would by now return more recent 
information.

Seeing also larger swathes, eg a /16 at OVH that still doesn't report.. 
and many others..

Comments?  (Yes, correct information can be gained from visiting the 
appropriate RIR site, but the main database should have correct 
information as well)
