Similar problems with last miles in my area as well.  That said, since 
SIXXS sunset there are other tunnel brokers who will reallocate a /48 to 
you or peer with you to route your RIR allocated /48 or better under 
similar terms.

And per above, you can still have all you can eat v6, if you so choose.
