[arin-ppml] Of interest?

No they are not searchable. Fictitious names are.
But for historical transfers it makes it tough since when Legacy 
resources were issued to individuals,
there were no searchable record of those businesses.
In the case of ARIN I had to register my name as a fictitious name with 
the Secretary of State and
get a new OrgID with ARIN. Still causes issues/
