The Trust Anchor Locator for RPKI, a cryptographic key. You need a contract
with ARIN in which you agree to indemnify them before you have a legal
right to cryptographically verify routing announcements for ARIN-controlled
addresses using RPKI. You can't just do it the way you just look up a
registration in whois.
