[arin-ppml] Requesting moderator intervention

And to be fair to the OP that started the original discussion (not Ron), in
less than 60 seconds of posting my response to your message I was spammed.
The subject was this thread. There is a bot on the list. Question is how to
find it. If anyone at ARIN wants a copy of the message feel free to drop me
a line.
