[arin-ppml] 2017-3

FYI,

I submitted a proposal for verifying with re-assignment victims to see if
they are an unwitting POC.

Seems there was already a proposal on the docket prop-247
https://www.arin.net/policy/proposals/ARIN_prop_247_orig.html.

I did quickly check the proposals on the docket, and mis-read the status
"Clarity and Understanding".
Incorrectly thinking this was just an ARIN AC "editorial update" so I
didn't bother to check the text.

I am withdrawing my proposal, and have contacted the originator of prop-247
to include
a narrow corner case my proposal covered but prop-247 didn't.
