So you, as one member, are asking all the other members to take on that 
risk of liability and possible expense of the courts, so you don't have to.

What you ask, may still be the most reasonable thing, but please realize 
that you are asking the rest of the ARIN members to share the risk of 
your problem.

Do you want to share in the risk of other members similar problems?
