[arin-ppml] ARIN-2012-3: ASN Transfers - Last Call

Oppose.

ASN's can and have been transfered via merger and acquisition of assets. 
Policy
can be modified to add bankruptcy however I'm not in favor if the ASN is 
separated
from the related network assets that require that ASN for ongoing operation.

I see no value or reason to attempt to create a market in ASN's.

P.S. My degree is in Business Administration. I do understand Accounting, 
Management
and Marketing.
