Almost 4 years is a huge delay!  After the big stink in October, it
got done in 5 months.  I'm thrilled it's done, ecstatic even.  I'm
really grateful to ARIN staff. You saved us from having to make
t-shirts for the meeting next month.  I get that ARIN has a limited
budget, but it makes me concerned about other, bigger projects.. like
RPKI.  I don't want to wait a decade for that :)
