When we made our last IPv4 request to go from /21 to /20 we were asked
for the specific justification for each individual /32. I questioned
this practice and was informed that the reason was we had a large
percentage of IP space dedicated to internal infrastructure (~30%
routers, switches, DDoS mitigation appliances, etc.)
