[arin-ppml] remote participation Jabber issue - RE: Open Policy Hour at ARIN XXIX

I am having problem signing on to Jabber. I think my company firewall blocks external Jabber, and my PC is locked down that I can't even run GTalk. Is there another avenue for me? I wish ARIN does Jabber as a web application on arin.net.

Subject: [arin-ppml] Open Policy Hour at ARIN XXIX

ARIN XXIX is only a few days away, so make sure you are ready.

The Open Policy Hour (OPH) will take place Tuesday afternoon within the
Public Policy Meeting. OPH is not for discussion of draft policies that
are already on the ARIN XXIX agenda, but an open floor for new ideas and
suggestions. If you have a policy idea on which you would like to
receive feedback before submitting a proposal, seize this opportunity to
present it to the ARIN community.

Sign up by Friday, 20 April 2012 to ensure you will be able to take the
microphone. Send an email to policy at arin.net with your name,
organization, and a general description of the policy subject you wish
to present. You do not need to have a formal presentation in order to
participate. Signing up in advance is not required, but it allows us to
confirm your turn to present.

Hope to see you in Vancouver!
