My secret is out!  Yes, I receive notifications for "ARIN AND IPv4" as 
well as "ARIN AND IPv6" (note - there's also an entire communications 
team at ARIN which monitors various publications and mailing lists)

As you noted, I'm paid for my efforts, but the ARIN Board and the 
ARIN Advisory Council actually carry quite a bit of work and are 
composed of volunteers...  We have elections every year, and it is
getting time to begin thinking about those who have both the time
and commitment level necessary to serve on either of those teams.
