[arin-ppml] An aside in reference to Microsoft

I have studied Microsoft's corporate acquisitions for years.  They
only do 2 kinds of buying, patent/IP acquisitions, and customer base/
eliminate competition acquisitions.  I believe the Skype acquisition is 
one of the latter.

Skype users can probably look forward to increased marketing and
tie-in to Microsoft products.
