Jimmy - 
 
   The agreements do not provide any special rights or waivers to policy,
   but may require that ARIN utilize a particular venue/jurisdiction if we 
   have a dispute, or may require different notification provisions, etc.
   These commonly occur when doing agreements with governmental authorities,
   which are often not allowed to enter agreements which specify an external
   court system.
