Hi Mike,
Go for it. The discussion gets in to arcane technical details, but
anyone willing to invest the time and effort is more than welcome.
Beware, though, that statements of support and dissent are just that:
statements. Both the AC and the board weigh those statements when
considering proposals, but they don't treat them as votes.
