[arin-ppml] Fw: Accusation of fundamental conflict ofinterest/IPaddress policy pitched directly to ICANN

I would use the quagmire of special interests and profiteering above
all else (including stability and functionality) that exist in the modern
DNS system as a classic example of what I think would be incredibly
undesirable in the address management world.
