That sounds reasonable including last-call not being a consideration
in the near term and that any further formal action is postponed until
Philadelphia. I'm having a hard time correlating thinking that this is
close to acceptable or near consensus considering the feedback that
I'm reading in this thread and what has been reported from the AC
meeting in the posted minutes.
