That's a good point; I was thinking solely of the corporate
maintenance aspects of the 501(c)3 for which I'm treasurer.  Our phone
lines don't get counted since we need them anyway, our PO box isn't
factored in since we need it anyway...  we're not trying to create an
illusion here, it's just What We Do.

Even if you factor in all those costs of completing the illusion, it's
chump change for someone who needs the addresses though.
