Why don't we just go back to the court documents and reference where
each have said 'while we don't necessarily need to deal with ARIN' and
of course the Kremens declaration. The recent change of tone sets the
stage for either grandiose posturing (backed by the accumulation of
our fees to the tune of $30M in reserves) or for a confrontation,
again backed by reserves. I don't believe that the community supports
this kind of activity against the legacy address markets myself.
