Believe it or not, not everyone who disagrees with you or does not share your extreme libertarian point of view on how things do or should work is in distress or in danger from a fire breathing dragon. In fact, to our perspective, the future you would create for us breathes much more fire than any we might embrace.

If you dismantle the RIR system in the process of attempting to retain blocks within it, then, there is no RIR system left to contain the blocks. While this appears to be well in line with your actual goals (private registries, chaos, etc.), I don't consider it a desirable outcome.
