Bill,

It would make sense that the survey be mostly qualitative. I should
not have proposed trying to specifically quantify this data. It would
be sufficient enough to asks respondents to mark somewhere on a scale
of "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree" on a variety of statements.
