I think it is worth also noting the following:

The link to the court documents is at this link below. At the top (at the moment) is the Judge's ruling (5315) approving the process/sale, signed yesterday. However you may want to also look at the document 5253, which is a letter to the court from the Canadian Government objecting to the transfer based on an interesting argument that we have all been aware of. Rumors are that the US government has a different view to Canada.
