indicates his current funding. As for the ITU, a simple google of
"Milton Mueller ITU" reveals the related projects he's worked on.

Frankly, I'm finding it more difficult to find information on the
Wyoming Education Network. All Google reveals is a complaint about
filtering and some references to Qwest.
