Yes, and really I don't care whether or not ARIN makes out from this 
deal. All I want to know is whether legacy address transfers are going 
to be different than non-legacy address transfers. That the recipient 
can receive legacy transfers under LRSA (or nothing) instead of RSA 
would be a Big Deal.
