[arin-ppml] Policy Proposal 119: Globally Coordinated Transfer Policy

Hello,
 
ARIN has received a proposal for a global, inter-RIR transfer policy
<https://www.arin.net/policy/proposals/policy_proposal_archive.html> .
This policy authored by Chris Grundemann, Martin Hannigan and Jason
Schiller is currently under review by ARIN staff for clarity and
understanding, conforming to the current Policy Development Process
<https://www.arin.net/policy/pdp.html>  of the ARIN Region.
 
Rob Seastrom and Bill Darte have been named the secondary and primary
shepherds within the Advisory Council(AC) for this proposal.
 
Both Rob and I encourage the community to comment on this proposal and
especially ask that posters to the PPML list their comments PRO and CON
in a conscise manner.  This will allow readers within the community to
best assess the merits of this proposal and give guidance to the AC
whether to accept it onto its docket as a Draft Proposal.  The AC meets
again November.
 
Thanks to the authors and to the community for their continued
involvement and support of the ARIN mission in the policy development
process.
