Martin Hannigan and Jason Schiller is currently under review by ARIN staff for
clarity and understanding, conforming to the current <A
href="https://www.arin.net/policy/pdp.html">Policy Development Process</A> of
the ARIN Region.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

Bill Darte have been named the secondary and primary shepherds within the

encourage the community to comment on this proposal and especially ask that
posters to the PPML list their comments PRO and CON in a conscise manner.
This will allow readers within the community to best assess the merits of this
proposal and give guidance to the AC whether to accept it onto its docket
