The clean-up of policy section 6 in Draft Policy 2010-4 looks OK. 

I agree with deleting section 6.4.3 since is redundant. 

Please explain why the minimum allocations over five years has been reduced from 200 to 50.     Will 50 still be in alignment with the required HD ratio in section 6.5.2.2?
