The proposed Transfer Listing Service
https://www.arin.net/resources/transfer_listing.html mentions a ³usage
agreement² which specifies that the information is only to be used for the
purposes of meeting the requirements of the Transfer Listing Service
participants. A group of us are preparing comments on this proposed service,
but we are having trouble figuring out what the purpose of this ³usage
agreement² is, and what kind of uses it is meant to limit. Anyone with any
idea?
