[arin-ppml] Policy Proposal 95: Customer Confidentiality

I do not understand that analogy at all. What does that have to do
with UPS or FEDEX providing a public list of all there customers
because they use public roads. This proposal is not for arin members
with ip allocations to be able to hide there information simply their
customers.
