My motivation, besides wanting the Internet to be able to successfully
transition to IPv6, is that I think that AC members should be seen more than
they should be heard with respect to policy writing and intend to follow
that doctrine. Hence, 122, 123 and 124 now. I also consider them to require
urgency since they deal with specific issues related to IANA exhaustion and
ARIN depletion. Nothing surprising here.

If 12/16 is good enough for you, it's good enough for me. I never made a
suggestion that you should do anything other than insure that these get air
time prior to IANA exhaustion and implementation of policy that was, in
Internet time, written a long while ago. As you noted, things changes on a
bi-monthly basis. So do opinions.
