DNS plays a role in IPv4 Address Space Management

New "Edge" devices will shutdown /27 subnets in Real-Time if IN-ADDR.ARPA is
not configured correctly.
IPv4 Address Space can be reclaimed, even from the so-called "SWAMP".
The /18 is the aggregator for the /27s but ultimately the /8 can be
null-routed.
