How is a simulation of IPv4 registrations going to illuminate
a change to the IPv6 policy.

This proposal is just a bad idea in so many ways.
It is too complex to understand all the implications.
It is too radical.
It would disrupt IPv6 deployment while people scramble
to figure out what it all means.
It is not needed.
It is out of sync with the rest of the world.
It is wasting our time just discussing this non-starter.
Please take this off the AC's agenda so that they can focus
on more important issues like IPv4 runout.
