That is a web page. Protocols are not found on
web pages, but in functioning routers. Where is
your functioning IPxl router?
Also, what does this achieve that could not be
achieved with the IPv6 address ::192.168.100.1?
That is a valid IPv6 address but unfortunately
it does not contain sufficient magic to allow
IPv4 and IPv6 interfaces to communicate with each
other.
