[arin-ppml] Draft Policy 2009-8: Equitable IPv4 Run-Out - Last Call

I want to remind everyone that tomorrow is the formal end of the Last 
Call period for 2009-8.

So far, I count 13 total posts by 8 different people. By my 
interpretation of the posts, 6 people said they support the Draft 
Policy, none opposed it, and Owen and I as AC members haven't publicly 
stated a position.  Of those, 7 posts by 4 people have made comments 
regarding possible clarifications to the text.

Overall, I only see lukewarm support for changing the text.  Without 
stronger support for changing the text, I'm reluctant to recommend to 
the rest of the AC that we change the text at this point in the process.

Therefore, if you oppose this Draft Policy or believe it is important to 
change the text please speak up, ASAP.
