I was not attempting to determine the version to run, merely including
all the options.  I think it is an important part of this discussion
and should be included in any argument for or against a liberalized
transfer policy.  If you believe that IPv6 is a joke and that IPv4
will continue as the dominant Internet protocol for the foreseeable
future; that is going to be a major influence on how you approach the
ltp argument, no?
