Sure. Expected transmission dates as well as sender addresses would be good
things to make known to potential recipients. Publishing them by email
would probably be a dubious mechanism, since we're trying to mitigate the
non-receipt of email in the first place. But the more paths for broadcast,
the better, I suppose.
