[ppml] ARIN XX Meeting Report Now Available

Glenn,

The show of hands that you are referring to are conducted by the chair as an input to the Advisory Council as part of a total picture that the AC puts together in its determination of consensus and the nature of that consensus. These "counts" are not intended to be independent events which could be used out of context of the overall discussion by the community that occurs on the ppml as well as at the meeting.
