I think your attempting to redefine "open market" instead of using the
term "regulated market" which already means exactly what your trying to
redefine "open market" to mean.

I think your trying to do this because you understand there's emotional
positive connotations with the phrase "open market" and emotional
negative terms with the phrase "regulated market" and your trying to
use these to generate support for a proposal that would otherwise
fail.

If you can't use correct terminology and call a spade a spade, then
your pulling a fast one.  Please knock it off.  What your talking
about is a regulated market, not an open market.
