[ppml] [address-policy-wg] Those pesky ULAs again

I don't agree on this.

The basic standards for IPv6 are fixed the same as with IPv4, nothing less.

We are just having more and new things evolving and this will happen for as
much time as new things are required.

We always need to improve, solve issues, etc. Same as we keep doing with
many other protocols.

Actually you could same the same about policies, they keep evolving and
changing. It is a natural cycle.
