[ppml] getting converts to V6

claims 

*       and homesteading this new wilderness you have to be prepared to
give a 

*      little bit away in the beginning. Since this is the AMERICAN
Registry for 

*      Internet Numbers, you'd think the historical precedents would be
obvious.

 

Since ARIN has a website at http://www.arin.net <http://www.arin.net/>
you'd think that anyone who takes the time to post on PPML would also
take the time to do a bit of research and notice that ARIN has been
following this precedent for the past 3 years or so.
