There is nothing suspect about 130.105/16.
It has been that way for many years:

The OSF isn't out of business, and if it objected to anything in the
registration, it certainly has the resources to make any dispute or any
changes it wanted.
There is nothing suspect about 198.3.136/21 either.
The claims otherwise by Vixie and SORBS, including Hannigan's, are
nothing but slander.
