Hi Michael,

This is a good point. I think it should be advertised to the next hop(s)
(another AS ?). But this is already said in section c, so no need to be
added again ?

Also, regarding the OR and ANDs, it is something that may be fixed by the
staff or the AC, without the need to submit a new policy proposal ?
