Markets are very efficient. It is unfortunate that for many things
that can be subdivided the sum of the parts is greater than the
whole. It would not surprise me to find out that if a market happens
it's far easier to sell a /8 as 65536 /24's, each costing $10k,
than as a single block costing $65 million, both of which generate
the same "profit".
