I think this reveals a misconception of what the AC is voting on in  
their meeting.  The show of support by the community, and the vote  
taken by the AC are on very different subjects.  Each community  
member shows how they individually feel about the proposal.  When the  
AC votes, each AC member is voting on what they perceive the  
community as a whole felt about the proposal.  There is no reason to  
believe that the percentage of votes to accept or reject a proposal  
in the AC meeting will match the percentage of community members that  
supported a proposal.
