	renumbering effects many things...

	DNS hints files (want to replace 10,000,000 of those?)
	MIBs 
	Radius & AAA logs
	
	to name a few...
	shim6 gets ~60-70% of a solution and like HIP is a crack
	at EID/locator separation.  Its not enough.
