No, Michael, that's quite clear to _you_, but not to the _majority_ of 
ARIN policy process participants.  The fact that other people see things 
differently than you do doesn't make them wrong and you right.  This is a 
question of preference, not a question of correctness.  A consensus was 
arrived at through the policy process.  It's not correct or incorrect, 
it's the preference of the majority of the policy process participants.
Which is what ARIN does.
